First, begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees.  Then, to prepare your pan, first oil it, so that the egg mixture won’t stick while baking.  For this recipe, I used a tablespoon or so of olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan.

Next, you will crack 18 eggs together in a bowl. Then mix them together (I just used a fork).

After the eggs are mixed, add the remaining ingredients (the melted butter, milk, salt, and pepper).

Mix the bowl, and then pour the mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2″ pan.

Finally, place the pan in the oven and bake it for 30 minutes uncovered.

Tips:

Remember, you can add in any combination of vegetables, meat, and/or cheese that you like in the mixing bowl, before pouring the scrambled egg mixture into the baking dish.

You can make this recipe the night before, and refrigerate this up to 24 hours, as long as it is covered.

You will want the eggs to be thick when finished, but still a tad moist so that they aren’t overcooked.

Ingredients:

  • olive oil to coat the pan
  • 18 eggs
  • 1/4 cu of butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

First, you will want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees.  Next, coat your 13 x 9 x 2″ pan with olive oil or butter.  Then, you will crack the 18 eggs into a bowl.  Then add in the remaining ingredients (the melted butter, milk, salt, and pepper).  At this time, you can also add in any extra meat, vegetables, or cheese that you want to add.  Once the ingredients are mixed, pour the mixture into the pan.  Bake the oven scrambled eggs for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.  Enjoy!  I can’t wait to hear how this turns out for you!
